Many times it so happens that you feel like you have lost your cool and that blogging is no more that fun as it used to be. It’s a fact that blogging is no more as easy as it used to be. Neither is it a child’s play to be visible online and create a place for you in the blogosphere. But, what you did as a passion can’t be ignored due to these silly reasons. I have been blogging since two year, in this very short span of blogging itself I have seen many bloggers abandoning blogging, some due to family circumstances while others in order to pursue other careers. These “many bloggers” include the ones who one day inspired me to blog. And today they have left me to ponder why was that they left something they were passionate about.
I approached some and they said, “I have to give time to my newly married life”, some said their priorities in life have changed, some took to studies and career as an excuse while someone bluntly said, “blogging is not my cup of coffee.”
It’s okay when priorities change, for we have no control at what life has planned for us. But is it the only reason you divorce someone you loved so much (Blogging, I mean). Going deep into their mentality you find they had lost the charm they had with their blogging career. Something was not right. 5) Update your old posts:
Not finding an inspiration for blogging can be quite hazardous. Instead of succumbing to it, try fighting. Go edit your blog posts to rank them, update the content according to the relevancy of the date, change the images, add the alt tags to your images if you haven’t done that.
Updating your old posts actually will give you two benefits. it will get your content freshen up in the eyes of Google. The second is it will provide more relevant content for your readers.
6) Re-design your blog:
Sometimes having the same set of color scheme and style can sub-consciously get you bored. You might think to change the layout of your blog. You can also change the color scheme.
